About Us

Fiber@Home Global Ltd.(FGL) is the largest private sector ITC(International Terrestrial Cable) and IIG(International Internet Gateway) operator in Bangladesh.

FGL acquired it's ITC and IIG license in January and April of 2012 respectively; through an open auction hosted by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission(BTRC).

Vision

To build, develop, operate and maintain the largest IP Transit and IPLC provider network to ensure connectivity for the remotest parts of the country and will further the government’s vision of a Smart Bangladesh.

Mission

To build a neutral network infrastructure that can be used by all Access Network Service (ANS) operators, IIG, IGW & corporate IPLC clients to practice the usage of a central system which is regulated by the government.

Upon reviewing FGL’s application and documents, the commission approved its request to continue work related to:
